Help store staff answer product, care, and policy questions, with a clear answer and a link to the original guide.
Example brief
A store associate is asked whether a particular dining chair can be used outdoors and how to clean it. The available product record says indoor use only, while a discontinued training sheet contains more general language. The assistant should favor the current approved source.

WHAT IS USUALLY DONE
Associates search product pages, training PDFs, and chat threads while serving a customer. Answers vary between stores, and discontinued guidance may remain easy to find.

Sovrun would build a staff-only assistant for one department, using current product records and approved policies. Answers show the source and its version. Questions about live stock or orders either use an authorized integration or are routed to the existing system.
