PROPOSED PROJECT
Guest Itinerary Planner
Give hotel concierges an itinerary builder using their own partner activities, opening hours, transfer times, and guest preferences. Turn a request such as a three-day family stay into a mapped schedule with costs and alternatives, with availability confirmed before anything is booked.

A plan that works
between the activities, too.
A fictional family of two adults and two children, aged 7 and 10, requests three easy mornings from Hotel Luma. Their ₱9,000 budget covers activities and transfers, with meals and hotel accommodation excluded. The proposed museum, garden, and craft sessions total ₱5,200; three family return transfers add ₱1,800. A rainy-day gallery alternative replaces the garden and raises the plan from ₱7,000 to ₱7,200. All partner spaces are awaiting confirmation.
WHAT IS USUALLY DONE
A concierge collects activity ideas in a message thread and manually checks opening hours, travel time, and prices. A pleasant-looking itinerary can put an activity before it opens, leave no time to get there, or exceed the guest’s budget once transfers are included.
WHAT SOVRUN CAN DO FOR YOU
Sovrun would build a concierge planning workspace around the hotel’s own partner records and the guest’s preferences. AI turns the request into a draft day-by-day plan, while schedule checks verify opening windows, travel legs, buffers, and the priced items. The concierge sees a mapped route, an itemized estimate, and an alternative for a changed condition such as rain. Partner availability remains a separate confirmation step before anything is booked.
Keep the journey in the plan.
Keep an alternative ready.
The concierge can trace the schedule to partner opening hours and transfer estimates, see the family total, and explain what changes if the weather changes. The guest’s interests guide the draft; confirmed partner details determine what can be booked.
No teleporting between stops.
- Leave Hotel Luma20-minute transfer from the supplied route sheet
- Arrive at the museum10 minutes before the planned start
- Marine Museum visit90 minutes / opens 09:00–17:00 in the sample record

Move the morning indoors.
The gallery opens at 09:00. Leave the hotel at 08:40, arrive at opening, and allow ten minutes before the visit. The same return-transfer price applies in this example.

Meals and accommodation are outside this budget. Prices cover two adults and children aged 7 and 10. The sample craft activity accepts ages 6 and up; other access requirements still need to be confirmed with the guest and partners.
A guest-ready plan.
With the working behind it.
The proposed first build uses one hotel’s approved partner list and an agreed transfer data source. It produces a reviewable itinerary, an honest estimate, and a clear list of confirmations before booking.

How we’d make it happen.
Turn preferences into planning rules
Confirm the party, interests, walking limit, dates, and what the budget must cover. Check the partner data and flag missing prices, opening windows, or access details.
Build and check the whole day
Select suitable activities, add transfer legs and buffers, and calculate the supplied prices. Compare an alternative without hiding the change in cost or timing.
Confirm with people before booking
The concierge checks partner spaces, transport, and guest choices. Deliver the reviewed plan and keep pending confirmations visible until the hotel completes its normal booking process.
Where AI helps
Language models interpret preferences, select from supplied activities, and draft an understandable guest plan. We compare their output on conflicting opening windows, missing access information, travel constraints, and budget limits. Structured checks calculate timing and costs from approved partner records. A generated recommendation cannot create an opening time, price, accessibility claim, or booking confirmation that the source does not contain.
What people approve
The concierge confirms the guest’s dates, ages, interests, access needs, and budget coverage. Staff check current partner availability and transfer arrangements before offering a booking. The guest chooses whether to proceed. The map uses the hotel’s verified location data in a commissioned build; this study’s map, partners, prices, and journey times are fictional examples.
What we’d need to start
- The hotel’s approved partner activities with opening windows, age rules, prices, and contact details
- Verified locations, transfer times and charges, and any access information supplied by partners
- Guest dates, party details, interests, pace, budget coverage, and the concierge’s booking process
How we’d test it
Test closed venues, overlapping activities, excessive walking, unavailable transfers, changed party sizes, and missing partner rates. Verify every activity fits its opening window and that arrival precedes the start time. Reconcile totals and exclusions against the guest’s stated budget. Measure whether concierges spend less time correcting drafts without counting an unconfirmed itinerary as a completed booking.
